Hi there...recuurent sinusitis (cold/running nose) is probably indicative of an allergic etiology. The allergy could be due to pollens (especially from Congress plants), your bed dust, house dust particles, particular foods. If you can identify the allergens, try to avoid it. Only specific treatment for allergy is avoiding the allergen. Medications will only suppress it temporarily. Sometimes even deviated nasal septum can also cause such allergies. So kindly consult a nearby Ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
