There are Anti acne  preparations which needs to be started based on your requirement. Sometimes we need to add even oral drugs to bring down the inflammation and bacterial colonization. You might have dandruff issues along with acne which cn last almost 5- 10 years during adolescence to adulthood. Kindly seek professional help for proper management or else the sequelae of acne like scaring becomes a problem in near future.
