I have accidently scar mark on my face left side in that area beard is not come what should I do plz inform me what medicine I eat

Medicines can't bring your beard. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment . You can go for hair transplant over that area. You can try topical minoxidil over that area.
