I have got a mole which is very hard and I can cut it with blade. First it appeares as a pimple then it grew up now it has become so harsh that it does not hurt

Viral wart, if its of short duration. Nevus or mole if it's been there for a while.
Next Steps
Visit nearest Dermat for cryotherapy, electrocautery. Start taking oral Ascazinc tablets twice daily for 20 days
