Is it normal for a person who drinks 4L of water a day to urinate every 10-15 minutes????????????????

Hello, Urinating every 10 min is not normal. What is the age of the person? Is there any urgency to urine ? Is there any hesitancy in passing urine ? Is there any fever or burning micturation ? Is the frequency same during night time ?
