Its been 2 days, a hard mass appear suddenly around my right testicle and when i touch it it pains. But the pain is not soo high. There is little swelling. Coud it be testicular cancer? Please help me i am worried.

Hi, pls don't worry its hard to find testicular cancer signs in two days, it could be inflammation . just watch it for few days if its still paining then get USG scrotum done. Consult me online with reports.
