I have white cheesy layer deposition inside my penis head and shaft. I have pain in touching my penis. I am unable to clean it due to pain and also I am a uncircumcised guy. Kindly help me in figuring out this problem. I also lost my sleep from many nights. Kindly also me which specialist should I need to be consulted a dermatologist or a urologist. This is very serious 😥😫😭
