My penis 4 days ago suddenly had a swollen portion on the foreskin. It wasn't paining until I pressed against but it was itching a lot all the way to the bottom of the shaft. I didn't pay attention to it much and masturbated but after masturbation swelling increased. I waited a day and the swelling reduced than after I masturbated it got swollen.
