I have a high bladder neck problem from the last 6 months or so.i m taking medicines also but i dont see much improvement. i m still going urine in 1 to 1.30 hrs.plz advice. the medicines which i m taking are not responding effectively and also i have Irritable bowel syndrome

Hi. How was the high bladder neck diagnosed. For the frequent urination that you are having, you will need tests as uroflometry, urine analysis, ultrasound of urinary tract and possibly Cystscopy. Initially the treatment will be tablets and if not beneficial then surgery may need to be done.
