I have a headache twice in a week whenever I go out in sun my head will blast even sometimes after lunch suddenly headache will start

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Maintain good hydration. Drink plenty of fluids and glucose. Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
