I have fear,constant worry,doubts,lack of concentration,less memory power,I can't tolerate people arguing with me, has uncontrollable anger on silly matters and feels like a huge burden in my heart .I feels guilty my heart makes reasons to make me worry. Even afraid of sound of aeroplane has obsessive thinking over thinking so I avoid certain situations.So much doubt etc am I mad
