I had a bad cold with blocked nose and hence was breathing at nite thru my mouth which led to a sore throat and now a slight wet cough .could you help with some medicine

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. ATM-Lx once a day for 5 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Syp. Ventryl 5ml thrice a day after food for 5 days. Consult a general physician if it still persists. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
