I understand reading an angiography can be subjective, often there are grey areas, hence individual opinions may vary. I'll have to see the CD to give my opinion. Your symptom status is also important for making a decision. In many circumstances, if the lesion is not life threatening, initial medical therapy is tried, and only if symptoms are not relieved, then angioplasty is advised.
