I am planning for pregnancy plz suggest me I have given the blood test there it's showing MPV high, MCV low, MCH low and vitamin deficiency plz suggest me

Are you getting regular period.If yes then meet to gynaecologist and get done all basic hormones check up.Also get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries.With reports start the treatment under supervision of doctor.
