It's been a month since I had a cyst filled with pus at one of my butt cheek which hurted alot and I actually applied pressure to get all the pus out and it is now less inflamed and doesn't cause pain but the skin there is still hard. Is there any way to remove the scar and and make the skin normal again ? Also please tell me why did this occur and how to prevent it in future. Thanks !
