I had a cut....do i need tetanus?

I was changing my old toilet seat, when i had a very small cut on my finger tip from a rusty and unhygenic metal strip. Cut was very small and it stoped bleeding within seconds. I am 23 yrs old. Do i need a tetanus injection.
