I got a patch on my left knee and very little bit on my head...very recently I came to know that it's a skin deseas called psoriasis... how can I come out from this please help me

Greetings. please note: 1. psoriasis is a chronic condition, can be recuurent and remitting intermittently, with some people having prolonged remissions 2. it is treatable and there is a host of creams/ tablets to control this disease. single patch disease would warrant use of creams. 3. it is not contagious - you can continue your day to day activities all with same regularity and vigour
