I get pain in my testicles when I walk

Few years back I was in hurry leaving from office unknowingly my testicles hit office table. I had severe pain the next day I consulted general physician and it got cured. But if I my testicles grow in size it hurts and this pain is not regular I felt only once or twice from last 8 yrs. Today, I lifted medium weight in gym and from the on wards again my testicles hurt making me unable to walk properly. I am not sure which department doctor to consult. Please help
