I get blood while going for toilet

For last three day I am getting blood while doing toilet ,I don't understand what is going on .... first day very less now gradually going up

Do stool occult blood and routine examination, cbc
Next Steps
start tablet tranexamic acid twice a day for 5 days, syp duphalac two times a day. feel free to consult further
