Please suggest what should I do due to covid I am unable to go any where . It can be treated with medicine or not . Please suggest I am a student I am facing problem due to this from evening to night I feel balance problem .

You need a proper Physical examination to know the exact reason of your complaints. Do you have a ringing sensation in ear or  anyone else in family who had similar problems ? Try tab betavert 16 twice a day and tab divaa OD 250 once a day for 10 days.
