I am under treatment of anemia .. I am taking iron pills... But my personality changes.. I am all the time depressed and unhappy.. And fear of dying and unexplainable anxiety... Please help me... I have my top of the head warn.. I am scared it or brain tumor or what? Why I feel this way.. Why I am not the person I was berote
