I have sever pain in upper right back and lower side and In CT scan say I have appendix wall thickening measure 7.2mmwith appendicolith 7.9mm what does it mean I want to know appendicolith means what doctor?

Go to general surgeon if any need of operation... Other wise most the time it relives by antibiotic only
