I constantly get nerves pulled in feet. it pains for 20 minutes approximate and i will be unable to move when that happens. happening since 2 months. it started once in 2-3 days. now it happens everyday. my friend who is studying medical told its vitamin b12 defiency. i am having extra normal acne breakouts and dandruff since 2-3 months.
