Its 2 months of bleeding that sometime little and sometime more with clot in a day should i do medical abortion or wait for it to stop

If u hv been bleeding irregularly u should know the cause. First confirm pregnancy by urine pregnancy test and then do an ultrasound pelvis to know the reason of bleeding Accordingly further management ll b decided
