I can't sleep at night.

I'm facing a lot of difficulties while sleeping. Just lying on my bed and cannot sleep. I usually get sleep at 3 am or 4 am. And after 2-3 hours I'm again awake. Please prescribe a sleeping pill for me by which I cannot get up while in sleep. Thanks
