I believe it is a Yeast Infection because I had one before . So to save time from going to the hospital I wanted to know if I can treat it with Lemisol Feminine Wash ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. If it is really a yeast infection, then you should rather be using a antifungal like candid V gel. You could use lemisol, but candid would be better.
