I am taking Acutret 20 on doctor's sugg.

I have been taking Acutret 20 since 27th May.I visit him every month.My last visit was on 17th july.He suggested me to continue having Acutret 20 after brkfst & Azid 500 before dinner thrice a week for 2 wks. My acne has reduced.I just got 2/3 pimples in this month. I'm unable to meet doctor for some reason till 9th sept.should i continue or stop?
