I have swollen both testicles before at the age of 19, got treated with antibiotic but now at 46 years old, I am still having palpable duct at my testicles, pain upon any touch and nil sperm seen in numerous sperm analysis. Please is there any possible ways out there you can advice or help me to find treatment to make me fertile
