My C - Reactive Protein( Serum ) is 2.49 mg/L (Ref value:-Adult: < 5 mg/L) Immuno Turbid this is my hscrp vale tell weather it normal or not

Why did you get an hSCRP???? Report has to be interpreted vis a vis clinical scenario.
