I have been having a headache, morning sickness, alWays feel like vominting, bitter taste of mouth, pain in lower abdomen, upset stomach, all time weakness, feel high body temperature and sometimes hotness in the stomach. Are these the symtoms of pregnancy and how sure that i am pregnant? If yes, then what all are the things i need to be taken care? Such as food takein..
