I don't have any kind of symptoms but my neck people are saying its swelling but i got no symptoms nothing no pain nothing please can u look the image of my neck and say if i should visit a hospital??

Please get an ultrasonography of your neck. As a young adult female, you could have a thyroid swelling that merits clinical assessment. If there indeed is a thyroid enlargement, then you need a full lab assessment.
