I am having severe pulsating headache on my left and back side of head don't know how do i describe feel some moments happening like muscle or nerve pulling tightly kind of sensation may I know the reason since i had consulted many doctors but it's of no use except changing of tablets. Can anyone can help me on this to get cured permanently i am located in bangalore. I am looking for a god doctor who can understand my issue and provide me ryt medications since ts affecting my dialysis life i am worries lot
