Ayurveda can cure u completely..without any recurrance....In psoriasis person is disturbed mentally...stress can be d reason...alletgic to substance may be d reason....internal medicines n panchkarm can cure u within 3 to 5 months only. It depends on drug selection.takradhara, raktmokshan n basti works here.gives fast results.so u hav to go for ayurveda no doubt.

Yes ,  Ayurvedic treatment will completely cure psoriasis.  But for that in person examination and history taking is necessary.  So consult a nearby ayurvedic clinic for proper treatment. Medicines, creams and oils   for  applications will be decided after examination.
Next Steps
along with medicines,  ayurvedic Panchakarma like Vaman , Virechan,  raktamokshan  has to be done. Panchakarma detoxifies the body. Hence completely cures the disease.
Health Tips
stress , unhealthy food habits like taking curd , fish , pitta vitiating diet like oily , spicy food , junk food, fast food, late night dinner, etc. All these has to be avoided . There must be some factors which irritated your skin , which has to avoided.
