Do these things and it will help :
Every day follow these steps :
Cleanse : with a mild cleanser like cold milk and little turmeric
Steam your face for 3/4 min
Exfoliate : with an apricot scrub
Apply a mud pack mixed with aloe gel
Drink enough water.
Eat at least 2/3 fruits a day
Avoid chocolates and oily food.
Relax and glow !!
