Dear sir, 1.5 year before i got sex with gay. after one month i got pain from testicles and lower abdomen. now my anus area always in wet condition. I consult with doctor he recomanded ajithromyzin 1000mg one day (single day only) and doxicyline 15 days 200 mg per day. there is no improvement. kindly suggest me
