I am.facing itchiness and yeast like thing on my penis foreskin , please suggest something for the same . Note : I am a diabetic. Thanks Siddharth

While it is not possible to diagnose diseases on symptoms it appears that it is possible that you might be having fungal infection In hot humid climate like India, recurrent fungal infections are common Persons who dont clean the penis head of its secretion are prone to have fungal infections
