Hi all, I am married since April 25 2021 post that I am feeling during intercourse I got ejaculate early while she wants me to stay there and keep going .we have daily intercorse. So for last few days I have started shilaparavang special medicine and I can see the improvement with few days . Should I continue the medicine twice a day one tab for long run . Will it be fine . Will there be any adverse effects of this for long term .
