I am facing a problem in calf muscle.
Dear Sir,
I am facing a problem in calf muscle of left leg. When walking after 4 to 5 mints of continuous walk then getting a cramp and pain then very much painful to walk. If at that time taking rest for 10 to 15 mints then again can walk. I am facing this problem from last 2years but now it's increased. Please suggest me what to do.
