I am confused regarding my blood sugar

Hi, I am confused about the blood sugar values whether i am diabetic or not? My fasting sugar 130 and post meal sugar 172 and hba1c 7. Please confirm if I am diabetic or not ? Also please share the values for blood sugar test to understand diabetes.

You are newly diagnosed diabetic... Start with your diabetic diet now... Normal fasting blood sugar below 110 and post meal sugar below 140 HbA1c below 5.7
