I take Olmesar H40 & Tenormin 25 after b/fast AND Cilacar 10 & Aztot 20 after dinner. At night I still have hammering feeling in heart for which I cann't sleep untill it is 4-5 am early morning. I sleep till 10 - 11 am in the morning. I am still in service .
