What about your body temperature recorded by a thermometer ? Especially  you should record the core temperature (from  mouth) and the temperature recorded from  arm pit. The difference should be 1 ° F . If it is equal or it is less if recorded from the mouth, then your symptoms are confirmed. It is not correct to treat a patient without evidence. However you can take one tablet Cetrizine at night.
