I am 23 years old and from the things I gone through internet I think I have phimosis and also my foreskin is attached to the head of the penis(not fully, a piece of). So I tried stretching exercise at home to get it corrected, while doing that my external skin of the penis got injured and it started paining and also there was a whitish stuff I guess that would be the inner secretions which started coming away and this stuff was smelled badly. I was very nervous now.
