Last year i was struggling with migraine which is in control now .But i started having indigestion,nausea,loose motion,sore throat,cough and cold which comes and goes often.Even today i was taking medication through Iv in hospital for loose motion and fever.I dont feel happy,always stressed.It seems medicines are not working.please advice
