I am recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and has been suggested to take thyronorm 75 mcg every day morning and not to eat or drink anything for one hour after that. I usually have hit water with honey and lemon soon after I wake up. Do o have to wait for one after taking tablet even for drinking this.

Yes... Its better to avoid any kind of food items because tablets absorbed better in empty stomach.
