Hypothyroid recovery

I am under medication for hypothyroid which was detected in august 2018 at 456 (TSH) and now it is at 100. My hair growth is recovering but its still very slow. Also the acne marks which generally repairs itself with time are still there... Will my hairs and skin be completely normal ?
