Hi My spouse is 25 years with 53.0 kg. She is pregnant (5weeks) and she have a thyroid problem. Reports are showing TSH 92.5. Please suggest what we have to do in this scenario.

Hypothyroidism is very easy to treat. She will be started with some oral medication empty stomach in morning and it does wonders within few days this report would be normal. An endocrinologist will ask you to have some more investigation and give the dose of medicine accordingly. Because this problem may cause trouble in pregnancy kindly stick on to drug daily
