Dear Doctor, Greetings of the day !! We were suffering from Hypospadias. So my penis size is very small at the age of 28. I think it should be increased after surgery but nothing have changed in size. At the age of 24 I have completed 1st surgery and after 1 year continuously  completed 3rd surgery. But now I'm facing regular urin infection in every 3 to 4 month and it is totally bad during infection. During infection scrotum size also increased. Also scrotum was paining during infection. However we have consult physically to the doctor during emergency and they give some medicine. After taking meeting the problem has resolved in 7 days but again we infected . So, Q. 1. I just want to know why I got infected regularly after some duration while surgery have completed 2 years back. ?? Q.2. Is there any possibilities that My penis size will increased ??
