I'm suffering from hypospadias (Mono scrutal) i.e. my pee hole is underside. And I'm 23 years old now! Can it be curable now or not.?

Ideally the surgery is done early in the life that is at 3 to 6 months of age. However adult also do undergo surgery with good results. U need to visit a surgeon for proper examination and further treatment.
