Experiencing less bleeding in your periods should not be a matter of worry at large. There can be some minor hormonal changes in the body which result in the change in pattern of the bleeding during periods. As long as your periods are regular and coming in time on their own, you should not be worried about lesser bleeding.
Next Steps
To Find out the cause for the pain in your abdomen you should get one ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to rule out any recurrence of the cyst. Also the urine examination should be done to rule out any urine infection which can also result in the abdominal pain. Other non-gynaecological causes of pain abdomen should also be ruled out.
