Experiencing less bleeding in your periods should not be a matter of worry at large. There can be some minor hormonal changes in the body which result in the change in pattern of the bleeding during periods. To Find out the cause for the pain in your abdomen you should get one ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to rule out any recurrence of the cyst. Also the urine examination should be done to rule out any urine infection which can also result in the abdominal pain. Other non-gynaecological causes of pain abdomen should also be ruled out.
