My mother had hypokinetic posterior wall conditoned then. What should we do for it. Is angiography is necessry or medicine still work and her lvef is 55%

It means she has already suffered a heart attack. She definitely needs angiography to see the level of blocks in the heart blood supply. Further treatment will depend on the angiography findings.
